With years of exeperience in carpentry and construction, Uniq Pods began after we were asked to build a bespoke garden room for a client. What started as one project quickly developed into a passion for creating beautifully built, practical spaces.
Today, we use that same carpentry-led approach on every project - with each garden room designed around the customer, their property and how they use the space.

Our Process
From your first ideas to the final completion, we make creating your garden room simple.
Every Uniq Pods garden room is designed around you and built on site by our team. We'll guide you through each stage, from initial site visit and design through to construction and final handover.
01. Site Visit
We visit your property to discuss your ideas, asses the site and access, and talk through sizes, finishes and requirements.
02. Design
We develop your garden room design around your space, requirements and budget, ready for you to review before construction.
03. Construction
Once approved, we arrange installation and build your garden room on site, keeping you updated throughout the process.
04. Completion
Once complete, we carry out the fnishing touches and final checks before handing over your finished garden room ready to enjoy.
